Canadian Customers:
TheCraftyChristian use Canada Post to ship your order through standard letter mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere from 7-21 businesses days (excluding holidays and weekends).
TheCraftyChristian is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post (or selected mailer carrier)
- Wrong address given by customer
- Damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen Packages after delivery
The delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days. Once the packages arrive in the hands of my shipping provider, arrival times are out of my control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
TheCraftyChristian is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Missing Package:
Check to see if your address is correct. If any information was provided incorrectly, it will be returned to me. Or check to see if the package was received by a concierge, neighbour, or family member.
If the package has been returned back to me, as a result of an invalid address provided by a customer, I will contact the customer through email, only if an email was provided. If not, then it is out of my hands until the customer contacts me at craftychristianhelp@gmail.com. If contacted and provided with a correct address, I can resent it as long as the shipping fee is covered. TheCraftyChristian is not responsible for any additional fees required to resend the package, and must be paid by the customer.
United States Customers:

Tariff and duty fees are set by the U.S Government, and must be paid by you (the recipient) before your package can be released. Fees range typically from 30-70% of your order value. Example: You spend $100, your tariff fee could range from $30-$70.
